Tamar is a client-centered therapist who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, adjustment challenges, and personal growth goals. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful change.

As a Mental Performance Specialist and Master Resilience Trainer, Tamar brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals in high-pressure environments, including military settings and athletic performance. Her background provides a unique perspective on resilience, emotional well-being, performance under pressure, burnout, and overcoming adversity.

Tamar integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mental Imagery, and Psychological Skills Training (PST), to help clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, build confidence, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Tamar is working under the supervision of Jade Richter, LPCC, at Lilium Center while pursuing state licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. She is also actively working toward certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, music, reading, and making lasting memories with her children.
