  • The following reflects our standard fee schedule. Fees may vary based on service type and individual arrangements.

    • Intake Assessment (60 minutes): $300

    • Individual Therapy (53–60 minutes): $220

    • Individual Therapy (45 minutes): $115

    • Couples / Family Therapy (53–60 minutes): $220

    • Group Therapy (55 minutes): $80

    • EMDR Intensives (2–3 days): Contact us for information and availability

    A Private Pay Agreement and Good Faith Estimate are available upon request, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

  • Our billing and scheduling teams are here to support you throughout your care.

    We accept insurance and private pay, including HSA/FSA cards and major credit cards. Payment responsibilities such as copays, deductibles, and coinsurance are determined by your insurance plan and are the responsibility of the client.

    If you are out of network, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

    Benefits are reviewed prior to your first appointment so you can begin care with clarity and peace of mind. Clients can manage scheduling, billing, and secure messaging through our secure client portal at any time.
