Advanced EMDR Clinician

Lilium Center is selectively expanding our team to include experienced clinicians who are advanced-trained in EMDR, with 3+ years of active clinical application. This role is designed for therapists well into their careers who bring clinical depth, discernment, and confidence to their work.

EMDR clinicians at Lilium Center practice with autonomy while engaging in consultation, collaboration, and opportunities for continued professional and leadership-level growth.

Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT)

Licensed therapists at Lilium Center practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy within a collaborative, clinician-led environment. Providers deliver individual and couples therapy using evidence-based, integrative approaches tailored to client needs.

This role is best suited for clinicians who are well established in their careers and value thoughtful practice, professional respect, and ongoing clinical development within a supportive team culture.

Psychiatric Prescriber (PMHNP, PA, or Psychiatrist)

Psychiatric prescribers at Lilium Center provide comprehensive evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults within an integrated care model. Areas of focus include mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and complex presentations.

Providers may hold credentials as PMHNPs, PAs with psychiatric specialization, or Psychiatrists (MD/DO). Preference is given to those with independent prescribing authority and experience collaborating within interdisciplinary clinical teams.

Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Psychologists at Lilium Center provide psychotherapy, assessment, and treatment planning within a clinician-led, collaborative practice environment. Clinical Fellowship in Sports Psychology (Post-Masters/ Ph.D./Psy.D. Candidates)

The Clinical Fellowship at Lilium Center provides doctoral psychology students with supervised experience in sports and performance psychology. Fellows work with athletes and high performers using neuroscience-informed, trauma-aware, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, while receiving mentorship and training aligned with APA standards.
