Janine Speight, MA
Clinical Provider Team
Janine is on the Marriage and Family Therapy track and brings a collaborative, empathetic, and strengths-based approach to her work with individuals, couples, and families. She believes that creating a strong therapeutic connection is the foundation for meaningful growth—whether helping a couple navigate challenges, a family strengthen communication, or a teen build confidence.
Janine is especially passionate about supporting couples as they work through conflict, recover from infidelity, and rebuild trust. She also has a strong commitment to working with children, adolescents, and teens, helping them manage anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem concerns while supporting parents in fostering resilience and healthy family dynamics.
Her approach integrates emotional safety, practical strategies, and a focus on each client’s strengths to promote lasting change in both relationships and individual wellbeing.
Focus Areas: Marriage & Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Relationship Issues, Infidelity, Communication, Child & Adolescent Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Self-Harming, Stress, and Women’s Issues.
Janine is currently working under the supervision of Carly Hoffman, MA, LPCC, at Lilium Center while pursuing state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota.
Outside of her clinical work, Janine enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her dog Chet, and exploring local coffee shops.
