Jade Richter is a compassionate, client-centered therapist with a strengths-based approach and over six years of experience in the mental health field. She works with adolescents (ages 12 and up), adults, couples, and families, supporting clients across a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns.
Jade has worked on a DBT-certified team and brings a strong foundation in structured, evidence-based care. She utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Person-Centered Therapy in her work. Jade integrates evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, psychoeducation, and radical acceptance to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change. Her approach is collaborative, affirming, and focused on empowering clients in their healing and growth.
