Eva utilizes an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy to suit individuals' needs. She places tremendous value on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. You can expect a warm, empowering, creative, patient, and explorative environment. 

 

Eva enjoys working with individuals of all genders, races, and cultural backgrounds from ages 12 and up. She is passionate about helping individuals increase their self-awareness and self-compassion, identify and utilize their strengths, and develop skills to navigate challenges and promote growth and healing. Eva has experience supporting children and adults of diverse cultural backgrounds and mental health needs, including those experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. 

 

Eva recently graduated with her M.A. in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hamline University. Eva is working under the supervision of Stacia Hanson MA, Psychologist, while pursuing her clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. 

 

In her free time, Eva enjoys creating art, dancing, hiking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
