Charlie Kane is an adaptable, affirming therapist dedicated to providing individualized, client-centered care to teens, adults, and older adults. He works with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, with a strong commitment to creating a therapeutic space grounded in safety, respect, and authenticity.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Charlie is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients in exploring identity, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. His inclusive approach fosters a sense of validation and empowerment, helping clients feel seen and supported as they navigate both internal challenges and external stressors.

Charlie enjoys working collaboratively with clients and incorporates practical, evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Whether clients are addressing anxiety, mood concerns, relationship challenges, or emotion regulation, Charlie focuses on building skills, increasing insight, and helping clients reconnect with their own strengths and resilience. He values walking alongside clients as they move through life transitions and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Focus Areas Include:
Teens (ages 13–17), Adults (18+), and Older Adults (65+) seeking support for anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD), LGBTQ+ identity and affirmation, self-harm, suicidal ideation, sexual abuse, sexual addiction recovery, emotional regulation, and life stressors.
