Charles, who also goes by "Charlie", is an adaptable therapist with a background in providing customized care to clients of many different backgrounds. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Charlie is also especially passionate about working with other members of this population.
Charlie has a heart for helping people feel seen and validated just as they are. Charlie is passionate about creating a space where everyone feels safe and valued, no matter who they are or where they come from. He enjoys sharing practical tools and insights from approaches like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s working through a current life stressor, or building skills for handling tough emotions, Charlie loves walking alongside clients as they discover their own strengths and resilience.
