Baylee believes that healing begins within a safe, supportive relationship where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Baylee works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, caregiving stress, and major life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

Baylee integrates evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, to help clients process difficult experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing from her background in hospital social work and end-of-life care, she brings a compassionate and thoughtful perspective to supporting clients through some of life's most challenging seasons.

Areas of Focus Include: Anxiety, Trauma & EMDR Therapy, ADHD, Grief & Loss, Life Transitions, & Caregiver Support.

Baylee practices under the supervision of Sarah Peterson, MSW, LICSW, as she pursues independent licensure through the Minnesota Board of Social Work. She also receives ongoing EMDR consultation from Stacia Hanson, MA, LP, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, to support the delivery of high-quality trauma-informed care.
