Client telehealth instructions.

At Lilium Center, we utilize TherapyNotes software for all telehealth appointments. This page provides instructions to guide you through your telehealth appointment.  To ensure a smooth telehealth appointment experience, please follow the instructions provided on this page. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps.

Essential items:

  • Device: Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone.

  • Internet: Secure and stable Wi-Fi.

  • Environment: Private, quiet space.


Joining Your Telehealth Session

Access your appointment using one of the methods described below:

Login

  1. Enter your registered email and password into the login page  (Tip: this was used when you first completed the intake forms through our portal. Can’t find it? No problem- contact us if you need a password reset)

  2. Choose your clinician's name.

  3. Click "Join Waiting Room."

  4. Allow camera and microphone access.

  5. Enter your name or the client's name.

  6. Verify camera and microphone in the preview.

  7. Wait in the virtual waiting room and your provider will admit you to the session.

  8. Use control tray to manage audio, video, or exit.

  9. Session returns to homepage when finished.

  10. Rejoin if accidentally left by choosing clinician's name and clicking "Join Waiting Room."

Late Arrival Reminder:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late will not be seen, and the session will be considered a missed appointment. A fee will be charged in accordance with our Cancellation Policy outlined in the Informed Consent for Services. Sessions that begin late cannot be extended beyond the original appointment time.

Pre-Appointment General Tips:

  • Use latest browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.

  • Close unnecessary applications and tabs.

  • Use headphones to minimize echo.

  • Optional: verify your internet speed at https://fast.com (1.5 Mbps or higher recommended).
