Teens (13–17)
Duration: 12 weeks (55-min minute sessions)
Format: In-person, small group setting
Led by: Licensed Mental Health Professionals

Weeks 4–5: Executive Functioning
Task initiation, organization & externalizing memory
Time management & prioritization tools
Decision-making, procrastination & impulsivity
Weeks 6–8: Emotional Regulation & Relationships
Emotional regulation & cognitive flexibility
Masking, rejection sensitivity & shame
Healthy communication, advocacy skills & boundaries

ADHD in daily life: work, school & home systems
