Cohorts: Adults (18+) & Teens (13–17)
Duration: 12 weeks (55–60 minute sessions)

Weeks 4–5: Executive Functioning
Task initiation, organization & externalizing memory
Time management & prioritization tools
Decision-making, procrastination & impulsivity (Stoplight Tool, Wise Mind Guide)
Weeks 6–8: Emotional Regulation & Relationships
Emotional regulation & cognitive flexibility (grounding, reset routines)
Masking, rejection sensitivity & shame
Healthy communication, advocacy skills & boundaries
Weeks 9–10: Whole-Person Well-Being
ADHD in daily life: work, school & home systems
Lifestyle factors: sleep, movement, nutrition & hormones
Weeks 11–12: Strengths Integration & Future Planning
Reframing ADHD strengths & identity
