Group Details

  • Cohorts

    • Adults (18+)

    • Teens (13–17)

  • Duration: 12 weeks (55-min minute sessions)

  • Format: In-person, small group setting

  • Led by: Licensed Mental Health Professionals

  • Insurance: In-network with most major plans (CPT 90853)

Curriculum Overview

Weeks 1–3: Foundations

  • Orientation, group connection & goal setting

  • ADHD brain & nervous system (attention, motivation, hyperfocus, time blindness)

  • Focus strategies, dopamine and motivation, interest-based learning

Weeks 4–5: Executive Functioning

  • Task initiation, organization & externalizing memory

  • Time management & prioritization tools

  • Decision-making, procrastination & impulsivity

Weeks 6–8: Emotional Regulation & Relationships

  • Emotional regulation & cognitive flexibility

  • Masking, rejection sensitivity & shame

  • Healthy communication, advocacy skills & boundaries

Weeks 9–10: Whole-Person Well-Being

  • ADHD in daily life: work, school & home systems

  • Lifestyle factors: sleep, movement, nutrition & hormones

Weeks 11–12: Strengths Integration & Future Planning

  • Reframing ADHD strengths & identity

  • Building resilience & self-compassion

  • Reflection, closure & creating a personalized maintenance plan
