Welcome to therapy! Whether you are here for the first time or returning to therapy after taking a break, I am so glad you’re here. Sometimes our emotions, thoughts, or experiences can feel like they are too much or too painful and you deserve a nonjudgmental space to be heard.

As your therapist, I will draw upon different therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual needs to bring peace and self-compassion into your life. I have experience providing trauma-informed, person-centered therapy to adults ages 18+ who experience a variety of mental health struggles including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, and overwhelming life changes.

Through my work in clinical practice, I have gained a passion for working with clients who have experienced painful upbringings and ongoing feelings of guilt, shame, and fear. We all have different parts of us and each one of yours is welcome here. While no two sessions with me will look the exact same, I hope to earn your trust by providing a safe space where we can talk about the hard stuff and also have moments of lightheartedness sprinkled in.

Outside of my role as a therapist I can be found enjoying my favorite local restaurants, cozying up with a good book, watching live music, spending time with my friends/family, or walking my two dogs. I am eager to learn more about you and am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your healing journey. We’ve got this!
